曾经有个记者问霍金：什么另你最感动？霍金回答：遥远的相似性。就像生于宇宙两端的两颗相似的星星，地球两端两条相似的河流，因为相似战胜了遥远，战胜了立场，战胜了性别。仿佛一种神性的呼应。

Notes of the designer

There was once a reporter who asked Hawking: “What moved you most?” Hawking replied: the similarity of distance. Just like two similar stars born at the opposite ends of the universe or the two similar rivers at the two ends of the earth. They defeated distance, position and even gender because of the similarity which exactly like the echo of god.

西方哲学永远是向外探索，探索宇宙、探索星际。而在东方智慧中，永远回归内心，回归觉醒。五色天路自由粗犷的土地机理决定了我们既要安顿身体，也要安放精神。

Western philosophy always tends to explore the outward, the universe, and explore the interstellar. However, from the wisdom of the East, it is will always back to the inside heart and return to awakening. The colorful sky and free rough land mechanism determine that we must settle our bodies and rest our spirits.

建筑学家诺伯舒兹曾说，每一个建筑本体都有自己的灵魂，这种灵魂赋予场所生命，自始至终伴随。

The architect Nobshutz once said that each architecture has its own soul where life begins and accompany with it from the beginning to the end.

我们把这种场所称为无用建筑，之所以被称为无用，是因为这种精神共鸣的形而上，敬畏感、仪式感，直抵内心。

We call such kind of place a useless architecture. The reason is that the spiritual resonance of metaphysical, awe-inspiring and ceremonious goes right through the heart.

正如柯布西耶在《迈向建筑》中提到：“建筑的目的在于感动我们。当作品借着服从、体会和尊重宇宙法则将我们环抱时，建筑情感便存在其中。”

Just like Le Corbusier mentioned in “Towards to Architecture”: “The aim of architecture is to move us. When the architecture embraces us by obeying, understanding and respecting the laws of the universe, the emotions would live within it.”

保留最原始的草木、生态，保留对生命、大地的敬意，考量建筑与城市、自然、光影、生命之间的关系，最大限度的呈现思考的结果，为人们提供心灵慰藉、精神补偿。

Keep the most original vegetation and ecology, hold the respect for life and earth, consider the relationship between architecture and city, nature, light and shadow, and life. Meanwhile, presenting the results of thinking most possibly so as to provide people with soul comfort and spiritual compensation.
